Co-founder - Data | WildApex | January 2024 - September 2025

I am a co-founder of WildApex, https://wildapex.app/en : a platform for racing teams to manage and optimize their operations.
As the data person, I was responsible for everything related to data, from user research to implementation and operations.

Key contributions:
- Cloud data architecture: designed and built the data backend.
Data engineering: reverse engineering of onboard computer formats, ingestion, standardisation, and processing of racecar telemetry data for edge analytics.
- Frontend: development and implementation of several frontend features.
- Product: user research and interviews, input on feature design and prioritization.
- DevOps: SLI/SLO definition, error monitoring and alerting setup, GitHub CI/CD.



Internal engineering products lead | ARTEFACT | January 2023 - January 2024

I initiated, built and ran Skaff, Artefact’s internal products platform. Skaff’s mission is to help Artefact’s data engineers, scientists, and analysts to deliver client projects faster at a higher quality standard.

Key contributions:
- Leadership: pitched the idea to management, obtained 500k€ to build a team and kickstart the project.
- Product: ran user/client research and product discovery, shortlisted, prioritized, staffed and finally built ~20 products used daily internally and on client projects, directly impacting 1000s of people in the largest companies in the world.
- Technical leadership: helped product teams with the architecture and design of their products, as well as contributing to the building phase.


Tech lead data platform | ARTEFACT | January 2021 - January 2024

I was the tech lead for the internal data platform at Artefact for 4 years as it grew from 500 to 1700 people in France and abroad. Our work directly impacted everyone at Artefact by providing insights on finances, HR, pipe, and other topics for strategic decision making, as well as baking fresh data for day-to day operations such as on/off boarding, people reviews, the knowledge center, etc...

Key contributions:
- Technical leadership: Designing the platform and contributing to the development, backlog definition and prioritization with the business lead, recruiting, onboarding, and upskilling data engineers.
- Data products design: collecting business requirements, and defining the models and data products to serve them.
- Architecture: picking the tech stack, defining the dbt architecture, leading evolution and refactoring efforts
- Data quality and reliability: SLI/SLO definition, data quality tracking, error monitoring and alerting setup, GitHub CI/CD.


Data & Infra Lead | Fortenova | March 2022 - January 2023

When Fortenova - the biggest retailer in the Balkans - launched its Data Lab in 2022 in partnership with Google and Artefact, I was given the opportunity to lead the cloud & data infrastructure team.

I contributed to this project while working as a data engineering manager at Artefact.

Key contributions:
- Cloud Architecture: supporting the setup of Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform foundations.
Strategy: defining the platform and cloud IT strategy for the future Data Lab.
- Product: leading the discovery, design, implementation, and deployment of the engineering products.
- Leadership: guiding a team of 3 to 6 engineers to successful and impactful delivery.
- Collaboration: providing and organizing engineering support for the 6 use-case teams and their ~350 users.
Infrastructure engineering: design and build of the terraform solution to automate the deployment of environments for use-case teams
- Data engineering: building of pipelines to provide quality data to use-case teams.
Handover: ensuring long term sustainability by helping sourcing, interviewing, and upskilling new talent for Fortenova.
