Lors de mon bac pro Commerce en alternance, j'ai créé un site internet de vente d'articles de loisirs créatifs (avec l'aide d'un webmaster). Ma tâche principale était de concevoir tout le texte en français ainsi qu'en anglais.
Dans le cadre d'un BTS Assistant de gestion dans le domaine du recrutement, j'ai été en contact quotidien avec des agences implantées à l'international. J'étais chargée de la traduction des documents internes du français vers l'anglais. J'ai également traduit le document de la loi RGPD lors de sa publication.
En CDI, j'étais assistante commerciale et j'étais l'interlocutrice principale entre les clients français et les usines de production implantées dans toute l'Europe. Ces échanges se faisaient principalement par mail, mais aussi par téléphone ou visioconférence. Les sujets de ces échanges concernaient le suivi des commandes, les emballages alimentaires, les machines d'imprimerie, les réclamations et de discutions banales.

During my vocational Baccalaureate in Commerce, I created a website selling creative leisure items with the help of a webmaster. My main responsibility was writing all the content in French and English.
As part of my superior studies Assistant Management degree specialising in recruitment, I was in daily contact with international agencies. I was responsible for translating internal documents from French into English. I also translated the GDPR document when it was published.
As a sales assistant on a permanent contract, I was the main point of contact between French customers and production plants located throughout Europe. These exchanges mainly took place by email, but also by telephone or videoconference. Topics covered included order tracking, food packaging, printing machines, complaints and small talk.
