About Glâme:

Glâme is a new premium on-demand beauty app that allows clients to book professional hair and makeup services at their preferred location in Paris, whether at home, in a hotel or elsewhere.

We're building a modern, elevated beauty brand and are looking for a creative, proactive freelancer to help us grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok and email marketing.

The Mission:

We're looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can help bring our content strategy to life, from developing ideas and shooting content to editing, publishing and managing our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (Instagram & TikTok): Develop and manage a monthly content calendar, create engaging posts, Reels, TikToks and stories, write captions and handle scheduling and publishing. Bring fresh ideas and stay on top of relevant beauty and social media trends.

Content Creation & Editing: Independently shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content, including occasional on-location shoots in Paris. Create engaging short-form videos, capture behind-the-scenes moments and repurpose existing content for different platforms.

Artist Content Coordination: Work with our network of professional hair and makeup artists to source authentic content, providing simple creative briefs and filming guidelines to ensure consistency with Glâme's visual identity.

Email Marketing & Newsletters: Help create, design and manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns, ideally using Mailchimp.

Who We're Looking For:

A creative, independent and proactive individual with an excellent aesthetic sensibility.
A genuine interest in premium beauty, fashion and luxury.
Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
Strong skills in shooting and editing engaging short-form video content.
Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
Ideally based in Paris, with availability for occasional in-person content shoots.
Previous experience with beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.

The Collaboration:

We're an early-stage startup looking for a freelance partner who can grow with us.We're initially looking for a flexible, part-time collaboration with a clearly defined monthly scope and the opportunity to expand as the business develops.
