En quelques mots
Ma fonction actuelle ? On parle souvent de « bottlenecks killer », mais qu’est-ce que cela signifie ? Prenons un exemple, si mon client va se challenger sur un nouveau terrain de « jeu » : je vais déblayer la voie ; et scruter la supply chain de son projet à la recherche de points épineux, d’essoufflement, ou de distorsions qui pourraient la déséquilibrer. Je dois lisser toutes aspérités pour que le projet se déroule avec le moins d’accrocs possible ; ne subsisteront que les aléas intrinsèques. Après avoir analysé les enjeux ou problématiques relevés : je propose des solutions ; par la suite, je mettrais en œuvre celles retenues par mon client. Mon second job est souvent de fournir une solution supply chain à un problème donné. Que de défis ;-)
