I have hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards across multiple business disciplines, working end-to-end on ETL, data modeling, KPI development, and DAX calculations using large-scale datasets. At EXL, I delivered HR analytics dashboards covering headcount reconciliation, joiner defaulters, assignment tracking, and exit management, reducing manual reporting efforts by approximately 60 hours per month. I also developed a client opportunity tracking dashboard to monitor pipeline performance and client conversions.
