I am an IT Infrastructure and Workplace Support Consultant with more than 6 years of experience delivering technical support in demanding enterprise environments.

I have worked with major organizations, including BNP Paribas and Atos, supporting VIP users, traders, and business-critical environments. My expertise covers Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Windows environments, PowerShell, VMware, endpoint management, incident management, and user support.

During my career, I have also acted as a referent technician, creating knowledge bases, improving support processes, and assisting technical teams in resolving complex incidents.

I specialize in providing reliable IT support, workplace management, and infrastructure services to organizations that require strong technical expertise, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.

I am currently available for IT consulting missions as an independent IT consultant through a portage salarial arrangement.
