Je maîtrise plusieurs outils de social listening : TalkWalker, Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos, Digimind, Brandwatch, Synthesio, Radarly ou encore Visibrain.
Je peux choisir le bon outil de veille en fonction de vos besoins, le négocier, et vous accompagner dans la mise en place de la solution, la formation en interne de votre équipe. Je suis aussi force de proposition sur les livrables, je définis des templates adéquat,ect.
Je suis aussi à même d'écrire vos requêtes et d'analyser vos contenus : analyse de retombées post campagne, recherche d'insights, études exploratoires, identification de communautés en ligne, audits de présence, insights tendances, usages et pratiques...
