En quelques mots

As Technical Account Manager, I am the main coordinator between the support teams and the final customer . I intervene in a technical context as an advisor on the technical issues that couldn’t be resolved by the L1 support engineers in order to give a second opinion or redirect the inquiry to a superior level of support , and that , after performing a deep analysis of the logs ,all the operation is performed through the Agile methode in a collaborative spirit which leads to the best customer experience that we can afford .
In order to maintain the applications’ performance and availability, I am part of the proactive Team in charge of improving all the technical details related to customer’s environment .
As Team Leader, I am in charge of a 10 person Team , I perform the Daily reviews, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives in order to main the service availability
