1- Conception électromécanique de systèmes : conception CAO, simulation EF et analyse technique pour validation de conception, dessins techniques, conception des boîtiers, choix de matériaux, design de l'architecture de la motorisation/actionnement et système de pilotage
2- Prototypage :
a) Avec une large gamme de méthodes de fabrication : usinage métallique/plastique, soudage, tôlerie, impression 3D, composites, usinage et toutes les techniques conventionnelles de moulage et d'assemblage de plastique
b) Assemblage et Intégration de sous-systèmes prêts à l'emploi de type pneumatiques, hydrauliques, mécaniques, électriques, etc.
c) Contrôle/commande: tuning PID, programmation de séquence de commande
3- Tests : conception et mise en place de bancs d'essai avec tous types de capteurs (vibration, position, vitesse, couple, température, pression, etc.), planification et exécution des tests, analyse scientifique
4- Ligne de production : conception des postes automatiques d'assemblage et de tests
5- Rédaction technique et scientifique : revue de conception, procédure d'assemblage, IFU, brevets, articles scientifiques
6- Gestion de projet : planification de projet, budgétisation, business case, analyse de risque, etc.
